The sales person, Bethany that we worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like I was able to call her if I had questions. The installers were amazing, they worked late to get the job done. I have three small children and having flooring replaced is inconvenient anyway but they worked around my kids schedule and my requests! My experience was great and would choose them again!

Big Bob's Flooring Outlet was a pleasant surprise. It is in a very unassuming building but don't let that fool you - they have a great selection of flooring in all price ranges. They also carry high end flooring products that you don't always see at other 'outlet' type stores. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked a million questions and he seemed genuinely happy to help. The best part was that I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever. I would 100% recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for any type of flooring.

Every employee I have dealt with at Bobs has been phenomenal! I had scheduled carpet install with a small outfit, they kept changing the price on us. Finally I washed my hands of them the day prior to install. I called Big Bobs in Liberty and told Joe my situation he held a install date for me only 3 days from the day I called. I went in that night to make my selections. Paul the manager helped us along the way and did not rush us even though it was closing time. We got the carpet we wanted at a really great price! The installers were early and very professional installed 1300 sqf and a set
