Carpet Cleaning
Our rotary extraction method with Roto-vac technology delivers the most thorough carpet cleaning available. This advanced process removes 100% of chemical residues and embedded soils without over-wetting. Residential and commercial clients benefit from longer-lasting results, improved indoor air quality, and protection of their flooring investments through our non-toxic, manufacturer-recommended cleaning solutions.
Upholstery Cleaning
We specialize in deep cleaning all fabric and leather upholstery using IICRC-certified techniques. Our process removes embedded pollutants like dust mites and bacteria while preserving fabric integrity. Clients receive professional leather conditioning and protectant application to maintain furniture appearance and extend lifespan, with special attention to delicate heirloom pieces.
Pet Stain Removal
Our specialized pet stain treatment targets urine crystals and organic matter at their source. Using enzyme-based solutions, we eliminate odors permanently rather than masking them. The process includes deep sanitization to remove bacteria and allergens, restoring both appearance and hygiene to carpets and upholstery affected by pet accidents.
Auto/RV Upholstery
We provide mobile upholstery cleaning for automotive and recreational vehicle interiors. Our truck-mounted equipment reaches deep into vehicle fabrics to extract embedded soils and contaminants. The service includes protectant application to resist future staining and odor retention, with attention to hard-to-reach areas in vehicle cabinetry and seating.
Leather Cleaning
Our professional leather restoration service cleans, conditions, and protects leather furniture and vehicle interiors. We use pH-balanced solutions to remove surface soils without damaging leather fibers, followed by moisturizing treatments to prevent cracking. The process concludes with protective coatings that resist UV fading and daily wear while maintaining leather's natural appearance.

First time getting my carpets cleaned in 4 years of having dogs and I am very happy how they turned out. Our house smells and feels so fresh again! We have two dogs and Art thoroughly worked over the spots that needed it most. His equipment does a fantastic job too. The price was reasonable and provided a friendly experience. I will be calling Steam Time in the future

I just moved into a new house that had a ton of smudges and stains in the carpet that I didn't think was going to come out. When he came and looked at it, he set expectations that they might not come up because of how long they might have been there, but he would work hard to get them out. He ended up working for hours and by the time he was done, I have literally never seen carpet so clean! This man is amazing and I heavily recommend anyone and everyone who needs cleaning done to reach out to him!!!
