Stacy was going to come out on a Wednesday. My HVAC unit had a failed blower, we had no AC for a day and a night and were going to have to endure one more night. I got a call from Stacy Tuesday afternoon asking if he could come out Tuesday late afternoon instead of Wednesday. That was a very nice surprise. The service was excellent and at a fair price. From my experience I would recommend Callahan over any other company for AC issues. Thanks Stacy, you rock!!

Calahan Construction and Air did a wonderful job fixing our house's AC. They were able to get someone out to help us very quickly (very important when dealing with AC in Texas!), and when they inspected the system, they explained very clearly what the problems were and offered options and advice, but didn't push us too hard in any direction. After the repair was done, they made sure to check up with us that everything was working well, and a few days later when we had a freon leak they hadn't caught on the original inspection, they were able to come out within hours and fix it free of charge. New install within 24 hrs of me calling! Warranty company had been ghosting me for 3 days because they wanted to put a bandaid on my 25 yr old unit, plus charge me for other stuff without explaining their reasoning at all.
Callahan was super honest with me about price, part availability and timeline. Incredible work ethic, professional, friendly, and he showed me around the new equipment once it was done.

Mr Calahan did an excellent job at a fair price. I appreciate that he came back to check on his help's work, cleaned up and did some extra things just to be nice. He even did some duct work to even out the air flow. Super nice guy. Highly recommended.
