Aeroseal

Aeroseal is a duct sealing technology that improves the efficiency of cooling and heating equipment. Safe and non-toxic. Aeroseal leaves no lingering odor and is composed of a water-based solution and UL-tested sealing material that has been used in water-based paints, hair spray, and chewing gum. Because of its track record, OSHA has no exposure limit for this vinyl acetate polymer (VAP).
AC Units

Longer cooling cycles also translate to quieter, more efficient operation and enhanced humidity control. Compared to a single-stage unit, a two-stage air conditioner or heat pump can remove twice as much moisture from the air. Buy a two-stage AC for sure. Since the two-stage has a "Low" setting, it can run for longer periods of time.
