Landscape Design
We create customized outdoor spaces tailored to Northern Michigan's climate and your lifestyle. Our process begins with understanding your vision for property usage, followed by collaborative design development and complete installation. Clients receive realistic budget projections before design work begins, with options for patios, water features, and full backyard transformations. Our in-house teams ensure design integrity throughout construction, delivering functional spaces that maintain beauty through seasonal changes and years of use.
Hardscaping
Our hardscaping services transform outdoor areas with durable, aesthetically pleasing structures. We install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits using materials suited to Michigan's freeze-thaw cycles. Projects incorporate proper drainage and base preparation to prevent shifting, with optional lighting integration for enhanced functionality. Clients benefit from our expertise in creating low-maintenance features that add lasting value and complement natural landscapes while withstanding seasonal weather extremes.
Tree Care
Professional tree maintenance services protect property safety and enhance landscape health. We provide trimming, pruning, removal, and health assessments for residential and commercial properties. Our approach considers each tree's specific needs based on species and local climate conditions. Storm damage repair and preventive maintenance help avoid property risks while promoting tree longevity. All work follows industry safety standards with complete debris cleanup included as standard practice.
Fall Cleanup
Comprehensive fall maintenance prepares properties for Michigan winters while protecting spring health. Services include leaf removal, perennial pruning, irrigation system winterization, and debris clearance. We address potential pest habitats and lawn suffocation risks from accumulated foliage. Optional mulching and soil preparation services improve growing conditions for next season. Commercial and residential clients receive tailored plans to maintain property aesthetics and prevent winter damage through proper seasonal transition practices.
Snow Removal
Commercial snow and ice management services keep properties safe during Northern Michigan winters. We offer seasonal contracts and on-demand clearing for parking lots, sidewalks, and access points. Services include plowing, de-icing with salt or eco-friendly alternatives, and snow hauling. Our response teams monitor weather forecasts to maintain clear pathways before safety issues develop. Emergency availability supports businesses needing urgent access restoration during severe weather events.
