What a cluster. We ordered quartz countertops and backsplashes from Avrio in June of 2021. Countertop went in beautifully. But then the D-Team was assigned to take care of the backsplash. First off, they beat the hell out of our walls when they removed the old backsplash. (Our dishwasher was also damaged when the countertop was removed.) Next, they delivered the wrong backsplash, and it took a couple MORE weeks to get the correct one installed--so we were left with light switches and electrical outlets just hanging out of the walls for weeks. It was a wonderful experience working with Avrio. I was able to get quartz countertops installed in less than a month. Arielle was extremely responsive. Pete got measurements done two weeks after I approved the estimate. JJ Aand Daniel took great care to install the quartz and make sure I was completely satisfied. You cant go wrong with Avrio.

UPDATE: Everything has been resolved to our satisfaction with Sergiu . He came out to talk with us on site multiple times to try to resolve our issue with our very large island. There was a manufacturing issue with our quartz for the island. Avrio had to keep sending slabs back to the manufacturer for waves and dull spots across the surface. One employee spent hours at the slab warehouse to go through tons of slabs to find ones that weren't defective. They really made sure everything was right this time and had a high quality island finished. Perfect seams that are invisible. Veining

We had Avrio Surfaces help with the countertop in our powder bathroom. It was a small job and at first, I wasn't sure how I felt about the cost but it was well worth it.

- Pete was excellent! We had purchased a sink our cabinet guy had told us would work but Pete knew right away it was too big with leaving space for the backsplash and the faucet. He provided suggestions and ultimately we found one on our own but it was great being able to text him the sink and have him verify it would

I made an appointment for June 16 for my project; a fairly large job as I needed counters for a large kitchen/island, laundry room and wet bar. I made the appt online and they sent two confirmations yet when I arrived the person in the office (Sarah) could find no record of me and said "the person who usually meets with customers isn't here today". (So why was my appointment even scheduled then?). She did show me around for a few minutes and took some notes.
