Buyer beware. We recently replaced our patio doors with ThermoTech. We researched brands and decided to go with them as our local lumbar company recommended them and their customer service. Their price was good so we thought we'd try it. NO, no no no. One of our doors came warped but we didn't realize it until after it was installed. That was in July. We do understand the delay due to covid, but no one has communicated with us or cared about the fact that our warped patio door is only partially installed and not insulated. Someone came out to review the warped door, to see if it could be serviced

I have sold and installed these windows in many homes in northernMichigan. No problems no complaints. I have them in my home allwith366 glass. Great windows. Nice company to do business with.
