I'm sure once you see the before and after pictures, you'll understand my 5 star review without reading this at all. We purchased this house having not seen what was under the pool cover. We only knew that it was holding water and figured we could work with it. Once we had Bob's come down and open the pool for us, what they uncovered was basically a Florida swamp. Using their services has been an absolute pleasure. Every employee I've had to interact with has been super professional and very knowledgeable and helpful. They not only managed to turn our swamp into a pool again, but gave me the education

I really like these people, they are very knowledgeable, and in a time with an unprecedented shortage, showed kindness and gave me a very fair price. This is what a small town shop should be like. I will be going here for all of my pool needs moving forward

I have let this one fester for while, but I moved to Spencerport last summer and tried out this little "hometown" pool store and was nothing but disappointed. The kid working did not know anything about pools and clearly was just a body there to keep the place open so I asked to talk to a manager or the owner for some help and I was told that the owner was too busy for me. I come to find out later that the owner was there and just didn't want to help me, apparently he was too busy or lazy to walk 10 feet, thanks Matt, now that I know that was you I won't go back. Too many other pool stores around

This is the place to go for the mundane pool products like chlorine tabs and water test kits and the solutions to out -of-the-ordinary pool problems. Everyone here is interested in helping solve the problems and get you just what works without being pushy or aggressive. I always learn something about pool care when I come in, plus the merchandise is reliable and prices are fair.
