My experience with The Fireplace Company was outstanding from start to finish! Christine was the ideal sales professional - let me know all of my options and helped me figure out the best gas-burning stove for my needs and budget. Jay came to my home and took his time assessing the placement and explaining the plan. Danielle not only got me scheduled, but slipped my job in early when there was a cancellation. Cesar and his team were the ultimate professionals - competent, professional, and pleasant to have in my home. Best of all, I am nice and warm with the first big snowfall. Thumbs up!!

March 6, 2019 This is the second PM service that I have used The Fireplace Company. It was easy to set up the appointment, the service tech was on time, polite, performed the service well and removed his shoes before entering our home. Our fireplaces continue to look great and keep us warm in the winter.

The last time we had our fireplaces serviced, the first technician did not place the logs properly, causing the fire not to burn evenly. When we contacted TFC, they sent technicians back out quickly to correct the issues. We appreciated their prompt attention to the issue.

I called on Wednesday requesting service, and received an appointment for the next day. The technician even arrived early (he called first), described every step he was taking, and was in and out in less than an hour. Such a pleasant and efficient guy. Now my gas fireplace works perfectly and Im snuggled in front of it right now.
