Everything that could have been wrong went wrong. Customer service was unprofessional, had to wait months, kept changing appointment for personal reasons, technician admitted he didnt know what he was doing... inept doesnt even begin to describe this company from start to finish. I would rather switch security systems that to leave my families safety in the hands of this company!

Few hiccups at the beginning and took a few weeks to get everything done but every one dealt with my upset professionally and fixed it. They didn't stop until I was fully satisfied.... when ordering what you want please be specific and what you want them to do and how cause if not it could take several trips to get it done. Great working system and love how easy and accessible it is.
