They cleaned two carpets. Pick up and delivery were prompt and well communicated. They communicated clearly on cost and optional services. Very pleased with their work and the experience of working with them. I will recommend to others.

I was a first-time customer, and Ayoub N&H did an outstanding job cleaning my area rugs and carpets. I was skeptical since I had never used their service, and I was basing my decision on their rating from customer reviews. I had a terrible experience with another local cleaning service I hired based on rating earlier in the month, so I was nervous, but Im glad I used their service. They genuinely deserve their rating. On the day of the service, two guys came and gave me a full consultation for my area rugs and wall-to-wall carpet, along with cleaning options. They took their time to clean properly

The team at Ayoub N&H did an unbelievable job. Our puppy had an accident (the brown kind) after I gave her steak gristle and leaving her alone for a couple of hours. Ayoub was able to get the stain completely out of our expensive RH wool rug which was no easy task. We also had them do a cleaning of our velvet chairs and RH cloud couch when we moved which I was very satisfied with. I cannot recommend them enough.
