We can repair most brands of hearing aids in our lab, within 72 hours depending on parts availablity. This saves our patients valuable time and cost. Age and use can take their toll on hearing aids, and while there's always the option of replacing a hearing aid that has become damaged, sometimes it's better to attempt some common hearing aid repairs first.

I used to take my father to different audiologist but with the constant reminder calls and only happy to get co pays… I could go on about all the visits but I’m glad I found this place for him. It was actually a surprised that after a long search for a new pc, they are in the same office! The girls are wonderful with taking care of him and we are always greeted with a smile and treated very professional! It’s one of a few doctors who are not only accommodating to my handicapped father but they care with patience for ever patient! Excellent office! I wish everyone would give them a try! Thanks

Dr. Christine is a very good doctor. She is patient and always listens to me about my concerns with my hearing aids. She works hard to fix them. Dr. Christine is punctual with her appointments. If I have an issue with my hearing aids, she is always available to help me. I am very happy with Dr. Christine.

Dr. Christine was incredibly patient and helpful when I came to her after my former audiologist suddenly closed her practice. Although I didn't purchase my fairly new aids from Dr. Christine, she was not only willing to see me, but was also so helpful in tweaking the settings to be comfortable for me. I am actually sorry that I didn't discover Long Island Hearing sooner!

LI Hearing has been very helpful through my difficult times with tinnitus and mild hearing loss. Audiologist Christine Kent-Colliers has not pushed me to buy new hearing aids before I was ready, and did not eventually sell me more hearing aid technology than I actually needed. She respects my preferences when it comes to settings on the hearing aids.

What I liked about dealing with NuEar to purchase my hearing aids was the follow up visits. The audiologist, Dr Christine, was able to anticipate my questions and problems and was able to set up specifically for my needs and made the breaking-in process and the learning curve smooth. I highly recommend Long Island Hearing!

Zozlietta from the first visit, she took her time to explain my options and my diagnosis. Every returning visit I feel she wants to and does address my hearing needs. The staff is always warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Long Island hearing! It’s the one doctor appointment I look forward to!

I'm a 36 year old woman with prior experience in purchasing and using hearing aids. I found hearing aids uncomfortable and I was in denial about my hearing loss, so I had gone without wearing the hearing aids for about a year. With the pandemic and requirement to wear masks my inability to hear became an even larger issue and then I decided although I hate hearing aids, I should at least give it another try. I researched companys online and came across Long Island Hearing Inc which had great reviews. I called and made an appointment with Dr. Christine. The ladies at the front are professional

I gotta say that not much impresses me as I always expect nothing less than the best. The initial phone call was yielded by Jessica and from the word hello, she had me. Warm, funny, sarcastic and most of all; genuine (real). I explained my plight and was told to come right over.
I park, go in and you just get this vibe from Jessica and the other wonderful lady (name unknown) upon entry. No, "here is the paperwork we will be right with you" but, "coffee, water or anything else we can get you". Just an amazing initial impression that that to me is the most important.

My mother went to them and found they very nice and helpful.
My problem with this. She just signed her renewal contract with them
and 6 weeks later passed away. When I asked for a refund even a partial refund I was denied. I found this cold and insensitive. It's not like she went to the competitor. My strong advise be very careful about when you sign with them. The bottom line is all they really care about is your money. Don't let the friendly atmosphere fool you.

I would say that this place should only deserve 5 stars all the way. Everyone at the office is so friendly and goes beyond their way to make sure patients are well taken care of. My mom, who does not speak English at all, felt welcomed by everyone's helpfulness and friendliness. Jennifer was very thorough with my mom's examination, fitting and programming of her new aid, which allowed my mom to finally hear better. She is a happier self because of the improvement of her hearing and I cannot ask for anything better. Thank you Jennifer and Long Island Hearing Inc.

The staff at Long Island Hearing is fantastic. Every one that works there is kind, friendly, and always extremely helpful. They are available to help for last minute emergencies, even walk ins. William J. Kent is so knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. Another staff member, Robert Bellia was amazing at quickly diagnosing a problem with my aid. He is also very knowledgeable. The years of experience these two have shows in the great service they provided to me. I am so grateful to them for all they have done to help me. Recently visited Long Island hearing again for an adjustment on hearing aides I purchased 2 years ago. With each visit I am reminded why I chose Long Island hearing in the first place. They are always helpful and concerned that I am happy not just happy with my aides but with the service they provide. With the purchase of hearing aides comes a commitment to them as they will probably be a necessity for the rest of your life. I'm glad I started with, and continue to have Long Island hearing at my side to continue the pleasure of hearing.

When I took my mom for her hearing test, she was apprehensive and nervous. I brought her to Long Island Hearing and Dr. Christine Kent was amazing! She did a full evaluation of my mom's hearing and made a recommendation for hearing aids. Everything was explained so thoroughly, and Dr. Christine was so knowledgeable. The entire staff was helpful from the initial phone call for the appointment to the visit itself.
Now that mom has her hearing aids, she is back in action and living life fully! She's enjoying her time spent with her grandson because now she can hear him loud and clear

My mom woke up this morning and her hearing aid wasn't working. She wasn't a patient here, but the girl Jessica on the phone told us to come down and they will see what they could do. Upon arrival she was so sweet. When we got into the room, it happened to be her sister Jennifer. It took her no time at all to change the tubing in my moms hearing aids. She was an absolute pleasure. I am thankful they also have an office close to us in Suffolk county. They gained us as a new patient! Try them out, you won't be disappointed.
