Servicing Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George, Bowling Green, Ladysmith, Locust Grove, and surrounding areas since 2003. In the Spring of 2014 I purchased Allegiance ChemDry from my friend, Mike Gerdes. He started the business and successfully made it a loved and trusted ChemDry for ten years before making an out of state move with his family.

Our unique heated carbonation extraction method using natural solution is safe for kids and pets while being extremely effective to lift and remove dirt, stains, and allergens from your carpet and overall improving the air quallity of your home.

Chem-Dry utilizes the natural cleaning power of carbonation to release and lift dirt and grime from deep within your carpets so they can be whisked away with our powerful, top of the line, extraction equipment. Our technique allows for a two hour dry time because we use 80% less water than a typical steam or shampoo cleaning.
