Boston Air Duct's technicians damaged my washing machine during their visit to my home to clean my dryer vents. As soon as they left, I noticed that the control knob on my washing machine wasn't working and the machine wouldn't turn on. I had used it without a problem the day before. I called immediately to report the damage, and Sean said he and his company would take no responsibility for the damage. I got some estimates for repairing the washing machine, and it would cost at least $500 to fix. After multiple texts and phone calls, I finally got back in touch with Sean. He only

Had an appointment yesterday, did not come with right equipment to do the job. Left our dryer line disconnected. I messaged them yesterday. Told them what happened. Made another appointment for today. Never showed up. No call No message No nothing. Now I have to reconnect line some how. Please be careful. Excuse me. I have every message between us. Also my son was here and saw the whole thing. Please dont lie.

Seemed to do a good job, and technicians were pleasant. But were over 2 hours late. They didn't contact me; I had to call thrm to see what was going on. And they appear to be a bit more expensive than some of the competition.

We recently moved into a new place and I am so glad we called this company to clean out our dryer vent. They answered all my questions beforehand, arrived exactly when they said they would, and tackled a touch job (vent was in a hard to reach place outside, and was very badly clogged). They were patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, cleaned everything up well and wore masks. I am so impressed with their service and have already recommended them to others.

Dedham police have an incident report on file. Because my video camera couldn't see what specific piece he hid under his plastic they couldn't charge him. Sean, owner, is now harassing me. If you doubt my story, view my video and email Officer Ford. After removing vent to paint yesterday I found a dirty paper towel and soot.
