Initially they have incredible customer service. Tub itself is awesome. They told me it would take "a couple weeks" for the cedar tannins to come out of the wood, which would mess up the chemistry... No big deal. I would just have to empty the water and start over. That was a year ago and 6!filters later $40+ a pop). The tannins are still going strong. No big deal and they smell great... But they make the chemicals inert and makes it hard to balance the PH. (according to Tom). They sent me "everything I would need" including an ionizer to keep the pH balance. I could never

Cedar tubs are fantastic. They look great, they smell great, and putting it all together is pretty satisfying. All that said, I couldn't possibly recommend Snorkel Tubs. I bought a tub there and requested a spa pack for circulation only--no jets. What I was sold was a motor that could lift a 747. Probably the result of a QA/QC glitch, I received a package whose design was destined to fail, no matter how perfect the installation. What was doubly irritating about my whole experience was that, after coming back to Snorkel when I experienced problems, they kicked me to the original equipment
