I had several bad experiences with this company with damages especially with tile. The company only looks out for themselves and does not care how much money you lose as a customer. I have given the company a lot of business and I refuse to give anymore and lose anymore money. When purchasing tile they tell you its rectified and would be off shade from retail spec and what I received was chipped tile all over and color run lines all thru the tile and bubbles! How can you sell this to a customer?! And then not want to back up your product and rip them off! Never will purchase from this company
