I have been coming to Beth since 2005, and I have no problems and she's taken really good care of me, along with Suzanne. I just got new hearing aids that I really enjoy. She provides aftercare, so I don't ever have to worry about them. I recommend Hearing Dynamics, they are very attentive, courteous, and honest.

I had a couple of instances where I was having issues with my hearing aids (new user error), I was able to stop in and the problem was taken care of on the spot.

The staff are wonderful! Very knowledgeable! Will take care of all your questions! The staff at hearing dynamics will always be available to assist with any problems in the future that Any of her clients have. All of the service that we have received from her is without additional fees. I highly recommend Hearing Dynamics if you think you have a Hearing problem!

Ms Cegavske has taken excellent care of me throughout the process of hearing exam, selecting hearing aid best suited to my needs. She set up the Thrive app and paired my mobile phone, something I'm sure would have frustrated me to n end. Additionally the office staff are people oriented, which is very important to providing a pleasant and positive atmosphere in the office.

Excellent care and service by Beth and the entire staff. My only issue is that when giving instruction on a certain function by and with my hearing aids the instruction is done so fast that I miss part of the instruction so when I get home I’m still unprepared and lost. I would prefer that after the initial instruction I was given the opportunity to perform the function therefore insuring that I learned how to do that specific function.

Staff is extremely nice. Somehow I got talked into purchasing a very expensive set of hearing aids that are much more irritating to wear than dealing with the minimal hearing loss I experience. I would not do it again.

The customer service at Hearing Dynamics was wonderful. I needed an emergency appointment and they did not immediately tell me no. They scheduled me for the earliest possible appointment and said they would call me if someone canceled before my appointment. They called me a couple days later and were able to get me in sooner than expected.

A BIG thanks! I had a broken hearing aid. I tried to get into the office that I bought them from... for weeks... no luck.
So I called Hearing Dynamics - they let me just walk in! They fixed my hearing aid in about 5 minutes! I am so thankful for them!
They were very friendly - they were nice - they were nice! I will be back... in fact I booked my annual exam with them for next month!
