We hired Bats for the foundation, obviously. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. They came out gave an estimate. We set the date to start work. However, we were in bit of a rush so I called back to see if there was any way they could start the work sooner. Bats was able to move our start date up a little. Which helped us a lot. The day finally arrived. The crew was running a tad late but the contractor notified us. Communication made everything ok. The contractor Jose and his crew arrived on a Friday to start the prepping. The Bats Foundation folks went above and beyond. There was a minor setback with the leveling of an addition to our main house. The Bats team had there foundation expert out ASAP to inspect the issue and made making it right a priority. We are beyond satisfied, would certainly use them again and have recommended them to a neighbor. There crews are professional and efficient.
