My mother's a/c wasn't working, so she called Mike at Arnco. He was extremely nice and offered to come out to take a look at it, free of charge, in the pouring rain. He noticed that the unit was freezing up and initially thought there may be a freon leak. He said that he would have his technician come out the next day to repair it. His guy did come out the next day and checked the freon, said there was no leak. He then checked the unit inside and really didn't do much except for take our filter out, before leaving. He was here less than 20 minutes. I have to be honest and say at this point, we
