I hate this thing. I can't use the water sprayers on the poles as water cascades down the outside of the shower like a waterfall, now it is also leaking underneath the unit after it is used and I'm not sure where it's coming from after each use. Naturally these problems were all supposed to be taken care of by my husband who passed away before he did anything. If I could afford to have it removed right now, I would.

Great steam showers, make sure you check door opening in house, you need an opening of 30" or wider to get the crates inside your home, but I love it now that it is installed. Would highly recommend this product and Maya Bath.

Terrible design, they send rubber stripping to seal shower walls which does not work. They offer lifetime warranty but customer service is TERRIBLE, VERY BROKEN ENGLISH when trying to communicate via the phone so they request to communicate via email which they do not always respond to. I had to pay for parts that should have been covered and then shipping cost is almost double the price of the parts. The tub has floor jets that are suppose to auto drain which do not so water sits in it which cause it to stink when jets are used that is when they work. 2 sets of jets both have stopped working.
