I called them to ask if they could have a look at my heater. A guy answered who seemed knowledgeable and at first polite. He told me that a new heater would cost between $4-5K and it would take 6-8 weeks before they could even come by to look our heater. I told him that $4-5K sounded a bit high as I've heard they cost more like $3K. He then responded "OK sir - good luck" and then hung up on me! Wow - not very nice!

Matt was great he came out and helped us at the start of the season to understand our system better and figure out what we needed. We just had the guys come out yesterday to close up the pool for the season and they were great, everything was cleaned up and put away in the pool shed and they anwsered any questions we had. Will be using again for when we open up next season

Matt understands customer service, you can tell this from the quality of his work, and how quickly he responds to phone calls. He responded to a heater issue I had over the weekend, I could tell he was with his family at the time, but made sure to resolve the issue. He is the only person I would call for my pool needs.

I recently ran into an issue closing our in-ground pool for the winter. I decided to give M&G a call based on strong reviews online. Matt responded quickly to my message. He was helpful and professional in diagnosing the issue over the phone and his team was able to make the fix right away. They did high quality work at a fair price. Very happy with M&G Pools!
