Construction of the house is good and builder addresses the issues slowly. Community is beautiful, however, this builder doesnt disclose that pool is not heated until they sell 50% of the houses. In addition, the management company hired by the builder Access is horrible. They dont walk around community and dont maintain it properly until the residents complain. They dont want to solve any simple or complicated problems and continuously explain why they cant solve it.

We signed our contact mid January 2021, we were told 8-10 months (closer to 10) here we are at the end of December with no close date in sight. Communication and transparency with construction has been horrific. Weve taken to social media with our numerous complaints; incorrect elevation, incorrect plumbing, electrical (which my husband and I had to point out) Having to chose new quartz and cabinets, the list goes on and on. They have blocked me on social media. Their VP of sales called my husband and I combative when we tried to voice that our concerns had nothing to do with sales. Weve
