I was introduced to High Point Roofing by friends after the derecho hit Cedar Rapids in August of 2020. This was my first homeowners insurance claim I ever had and it did not take long into the process to appreciate the experience that High Point Roofing brought to the table. It took a full year of fighting with the insurance company to get them to pay for the roof damage. I am not sure if I would have gotten them to pay if High Point Roofing was not there the entire time guiding me through the process. When the claim was finally paid, High Point was able to do the work in a timely and professional

After the Derecho, I was so relieved to find Wayne and his team. They were ready to help and understood what we needed. We are in Iowa and even from a distance the service felt like they were right next door. Quality product, outstanding staff and patient through the insurance process.
