From start to finish Nelson and his team were great! They ordered the floor we liked even though it was one they didnt keep in their stock. The process went so smooth from the quoting process to them taking out all the flooring in the house and putting new flooring down. Gerry the floor installer was 5 + stars! He did a excellent job and we will def be using him in the future for more projects. Thank you everyone!!!

We are very satisfied with the 2 jobs done by Unique. One was large retile of interior and other was tiling of our patio. Both jobs were done very well and the tile has held up very well.

We just got tile put in on our screened porch, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The quality is superb, the workmanship was excellent, and their service was outstanding. We will definitely return for our next flooring project. We highly recommend them!

Weve used Unique Flooring & Design for three different jobs over the last few years and every time it was a pleasure. They are professional from start to finish. The entire team works efficiently and they helped us finish our projects within our budget. I researched different flooring companies in our area and got estimates but none of them could match the professionalism, quality and cost of Unique Flooring. Highly recommend and will go to them again if we need more work done.

I had a great experience with Nelson the owner and Jerry the installer. I had LVT installed throughout my entire house. Nelson was very responsive and helpful during the selection and installation process. Jerry the installer, did a phenomenal job. He and his partner were always on time and are artists at their craft. I couldn't be any happier. As a bonus, I had them resurface my fireplace with stone. Jerry does it all! When Im ready to update my kitchen, Ill surly be returning to Nelson and his team.

We shopped and looked at all the big box stores and, although they said the installers were fully backed by the store, we were more comfortable using a small, family owned business with years of experience and a tremendous install team. Very happy we choose Nelson and Jerry (install) for this job.
Jerry took the time to get the job done right and took our concerns seriously and was very meticulous, clean and friendly. He does excellent work.
