We used Rai for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Beautiful, extensive selection of tile and granite;excellent guidance from the sales team in the showroom, very professional and helpful team in the warehouse. Extremely responsive to questions. Totally positive experience. From picking out the stone countertop, seeing it taped out on the actual stone, impeccable measurement of area for template, coordination of tile, immaculate countertop installation, outstanding recommendation of tile installer, to quick service to address minor blemish. The people at RAI were all very helpful and professional. And the espresso is pretty good too .

Positive: nice show room. negative: customer service was not very good particularly for the price you will be spending (exactly twice as much as places in flushing) not very intelligent sales folks and although I gave exact measurements with diagrams they could not give me a price
