Allen Pools & Spas did repairs on my old tub for 13 years when I needed help and sold me a replacement a few years ago. They are very prompt when you need help and go out of their way to get you service when you need it. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable. They genuinely want to help you and make sure things are right and go well. That's refreshing. Mary is awesome! I have problems regulating my hot tub chemicals and she is right on top of it. All of the crew is. So happy I have them helping me since my hot tub is therapeutic and not just for pleasure.

After having a shockingly poor experience with a dealer very close by I ended up coming here to Allen Pools & Spas. The two gentlemen that greeted me at the door were very friendly and helpful. After sharing my story with them I was able to gain allot of knowledge about the hot tub business. While they did not have the hot tub I wanted in stock and was a long time out I decided to shop on line for a used tub. I found a one year old Hot Spring tub that I really liked. Drove to NY and brought it home with us. Considering this is the product Allen Pools carries I went right to the store. I can't support
