Johnny did a tremendous job - fixing our decades old heater unit. He is knowledgeable, responsive and punctual. He himself helped us doing our homework - by providing all the necessary information so that we can also search for a fair price on quality OEM parts that are recommended to be replaced. Apex provided best price and labor warranty along with great customer experience. If need be, we will hire them again in a heart beat.

And both Josh and Laurence were polite, courtesy, and friendly. We're thrilled with our new HVAC system. It's so quiet compared to our 30 year old, original equipment!

Johnny is the real deal. His response time was outstanding considering how hot its been, he climbed up in my attic, blew out our plugged drain, lent his advisement and didnt even charge me for the service. In his words, its just the right thing to do. Didnt want you to have water leaking in your ceiling. Like, who does that nowadays?? HVAC companies are super busy in the middle of summer and this tells you what type of business they run: honest. Transparent. Helpful. Willing to assist. Thank you!!

John knocked it out of the park. Within 5 minutes he determined what the issue was by testing various electronics with a meter. He determined my blower motor was the issue. He quickly gave me options for the replacement part and installed it promptly thus restoring my air/heating.
