They came out to fix a clog, charging $600 to snake a drain.Took 30 minutes. Next day drain still clogged,came out and suggested we poor dish soap down to resolve. While attempts to unclog did nothing but break a seal on the sink,it was not leaking until plumber comes,leaking after they left.said it would cost to fix an issue they caused.so we spent $600 dollars to have a leaking sink and a still clogged drain.No issues have been resolved.will update if it changes

Charlie and his assistant worked tirelessly from 8:00 am till 6:15 pm to install and connect the generator. Working in the dark created many challenges but they overcame all issues. I commend them on their work ethic and professionalism.

The communication from H2O Maestro was abysmal. I had an active leak and called them to schedule the next available appointment. The time for the appointment came; they did not show up. I had to call for them for an update, only to be told they couldn't come to work on my property and to be blamed for not "putting in the information" correctly. I did not put in any information, it was all done over their chat service with a representative. Don't wrongful blame customers.
