My 91 year old Mom has been wearing hearing aids for years, but had to go back 90 miles every time she had a problem which was frequently. Since moving to Goddard in assisted living, we decided to get new hearing aids & chose the Heating Group due to the convenience to her living facility. We have been very happy since we have gotten them properly tuned and have learned that my Mom builds wax up quickly and needs it removed about every 3 months. The previous facility never mentioned that issue. We are quite satisfied and are thankful for the appointment reminders.

What a professional and friendly, courteous time I had today as I brought my husband's hearing aids to be cleaned and receive more batteries. The staff (Irma) was so considerate, especially at this time. Also we discussed getting new hearing aids at the end of this year. Learning about the new kinds, and what the features were, with the cost, was so VERY knowledgeable. I am SO satisfied with Hearing Group!! Keep up the excellent work!!😊 You serve us so wonderfully!!

My experience at HG at Maple and Maize was good. I have been using hearing aids for about 8 years but have never been satisfied with them. Bailey gave me a through exam and recommended a set of Hearing Aids that would match my hearing problems. When I picked up the new Aids she worked with me and my wife to get them adjusted to me. She did a excellent job and she knows her product well. Thanks, Bailey, you and your staff did well.

I am super pleased with Hearing Group with both the service and professionalism of the staff that works there! Bailey was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional as she dealt with myself and my wife, after test driving my hearing aids for the weekend I knew exactly what I needed, there was no pressure to buy them but they demonstrated how they would help me in my everyday life! The service I have recieved after buying them has been excellent as Bailey works to get them fine tuned to what I need. I would recommend them to anybody that has hearing problems😀👍

We liked the black and gray office décor. Bailey was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and could answer all of our questions. She showed us how to operate and adjust the hearing aids and was easy to understand.
We do not even know we have them on and getting use to them and changing batteries has been easy. The remote control is very handy and makes it easy to adjust the volume.
The free batteries and adjustments are appreciated and we are very satisfied with the whole procedure. We would recommend Hearing Group and Bailey to anyone in need of a hearing aid.
