HUGE SHOUTOUT !! To Christian , Juan and Bud. They helped me with my packing for military PCS move from San Diego To Jacksonville FL. Juan and Christian were super friendly, professionally followed Covid-19 protocols .
Took extremely care of my stuff . I felt very comfortable that my personal belongings were in the hands of these gentlemen . They completed the task in an efficient and timely manner . Everything was packaged properly and secure which left me with a piece of mind that my stuff would arrive to its destination safely . This was an amazing team with a superb work ethic and I will

WOW! and AMAZING! Nestor, Alfonso, Christian, and Andrew were really polite, kind and moved with motivation from beginning at 10 till 8pm at night. I was really blessed to have such a talented team help me through my stressful move. They will always be the best movers I've ever meet. If you try Ackley moving ask for them and set them free and all you worries will vanish like that. Thanks you all and may the best follow you through your days.

We did a military move from San Diego to Chicago. Were in the middle of unpacking our boxes now. It appears as though everything has made it to us, but theres been issues.
1) No one knew where our stuff was. 12 days went by with no tracking or update. It wasnt until my husband continuously emailed and called that he got an update that the driver got Covid and our stuff was in Arizona.... It went one state over in 12 days and no one told us. They said no one told them either, which is possible. But your company was the last one to have our possessions-you should be just as concerned about

Great and easy experience! This was our first military move from NC to CA. Our HHG arrived before we did so they had kept it in storage for a couple days. Being that it was our first move, I was so worried about things going missing, etc. Surprisingly, it went SO well! Only one man came to deliver our items, Ike Osorio. He was very precise with everything he did and made sure that we were all on the same page!
