Took Mom in to have her equipment adjusted. The technician was NOT wearing a mask, nor was the client that he sat very close to and had a lengthy conversation with. When it was mom's turn I asked him about this and he said he'd put a mask on if we wanted him to. The room was enclosed and obviously he'd allowed clients to sit in there all day without any PPE. No way I'm letting my 92-year-old Mom go in there. Didn't even sanitize before inviting her in. We left immediately

David is professional and explains everything to you. He has many years of experience and excellent with senior citizens. I took my mother to this business. She loves the product she purchased. The only complaint I have is that you can never speak to someone on the phone. When you leave a message,the calls are rarely retuned. There is no sense of urgency for the office to call you back.

Doug at the North Ogden office tested my hearing and fitted me with the Signia hearing aids, and instantaneous I was hearing better than I had for years.
Now to share an experience with you. My wife and I went down to the Hale Theater to watch the Phantom show in October. At intermission I made the comment to my wife about the sound system working better, and she just looked at me and grinned. It wasn't the sound system. It was my hearing aids helping me hear. Within the past month I've gotten notices of free hearing exams from 2 different places. I was motivated to go because my hearing isn't very good. One of the 2 notices came from Hearing Life, promising a complimentary hearing assessment & Omaha steaks gift pack. I called and made an appointment for yesterday. While making the appointment I was told they wanted me to bring someone. I said that wasn't possible and they said ok.

Went to this center with my mother to get her some hearing aids. Everything was fine up until the price came up at the end. He gave us three options for hearing aids. A $4100 option, a $4900 option and a $5900 option. We chose the second option and while on the phone with hear.com he mentioned the model number. I put that in google and the pair came up for $3199 for the $4900 option. I questioned the price he immediately crumpled up the paper and then took the temp aids out of her ear and said to her say goodbye to hearing again.
