Had the inspector (Mr Lester Faison) come out because we had crackers in our tile floor and 1 crack in our outside wall. We thought that we would need a leveling of our foundation to repair the cracks. Mr. Faison said that the crack in the wall was from normal expansion and contraction due to winter and summer changes here in Oklahoma and the cracks in the tiles was most likely from the floor no being level or tiles not installed correctly.
Mr. Faison could have taken an older people and not knowing what goes on in Oklahoma weather and earth but what you see on tv. Mr Faison exsplained every thing where we understood what was going on in our home and recommended a company that could do the repair correctly that his company could do the work correctly.
We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Jonathan, Sterling and the whole team. The amount we paid over the less expensive competition was absolutely worth every penny. These guys know what customer service really means, and have no issues coming back out to make adjustments after things have settled for a couple weeks.
