In 2006, Richard Wallace Builder, Inc. relocated from Raleigh to Carolina Beach, bringing 40 years of homebuilding experience and a vast amount of construction knowledge, right here to the coastal communities of Southeastern North Carolina. Inspired by the natural shoreline, our building plans often incorporate coastal elements such as lanais, breezy porches, relaxing spa spaces, and always, open-air living spaces.
