The guy who answered the phone for the appointment was very rude and sarcastic. He seems he doesn't want to take any appointments. Whenever I asked any questions he just said I just make appointments and ignored me. He acted like dont waste my time and being sarcastic. At least he could try to ask someone to get my answers or redirect to someone else to have conversations with the customers. Terrible service. Bad choice to put poor service and unprofessional guy into the service desk.
