Seemed as if they rushed to get job done and it was clearly subpar. Although they rectified their mistake, I was charged a extra $30 out of the blue (not on original quote) for installation that only came about after they corrected their own insufficient installation. This was my third and last time dealing with Macon Tent and awning. I do not recommend them.

So very disappointed with Macon Tent and Awning. Be careful before ever giving them your business. They have gone downhill. My family had done business with them for over 35 years. Their actions today showed me they couldnt care less about returning customers.

I have been a customer for 20 years and bought awnings for my home and my daughters home. Service by Eric and Ginger is top notch. Have returned to tighten the cords within 2 days of me calling. The product they sell is great quality. You cant go wrong using them.
