Had a minor issue with a hole in my canvas for my pergola. The person that answered the phone was very nice and answered all my questions. When I took the canvas in the work and price was less than what they quoted on the phone. Very Nice

We called Fort Wayne Awning on June 5th and set up our appointment to have a new canvas enclosure made for our boat (28' cruiser). It took that long, because they were so busy. We looked around at several other places, locally, as well as Ohio and even Michigan and as far south as Indianapolis, but ended up settling on Fort Wayne Awning, because they are close to us, they had the earliest availability to do the work, and we've heard good things about their pricing and quality. We were scheduled to drop it off on Monday, August 3rd. Fortunately I called them to see if I could drop it off Saturday

I just purchased a boat that had a cover with some missing snaps/buttons. I called a competitor and they said there was no way they could do the work, they were to busy. I found Fort Wayne awning online and called them. Ken answered and said they were also busy but if I brought it in, he would fix it while I waited. Two days later I brought the boat over and he fixed it in about 5 minutes. I asked what I owed and he insisted I didnt owe anything. He gave me a estimate for a new cover because my current one still isnt in the best condition. Thank you Ken and Fort Wayne Awning!
