We used Aquire for our fire restoration after a basement fire that caused smoke and soot damage throughout about 90% of our home. As much as I hope that no one ever needs this service, if you find yourself in a position that you do these are the people to call. Jen did an amazing job taking care of our content inventory, she has so much knowledge of the extent of damage and what can and cant be saved, she spent countless days in a soot and burnt smelling house to get her job done and she has a great system to gather all of the documentation needed for the insurance claim! THESE GUYS ARE #1 IN MY BOOK!Who would have known that there was a drain under the carpeting in my basement! In August, I stepped onto the carpet and heard the squish before I even felt the flood of water come over my shoes. After I frantically began moving some antique furniture off of the carpeting, I grabbed gloves, pulled back the carpet and saw it - BLACK MOLD!
