Just had a pool put in. Sales staff evidently doesn't work on commission because they didn't try to up sell us on anything. They seemed genuinely concerned with just getting us what we wanted. The construction crew worked their tails off, were very nice people, and did a great job. We had a minor delay because the manufacturer sent the wrong liner. It was very clear that the owner and staff did all they could to fix that issue as quickly as possible. I'd recommend Aurora to anyone - couldn't be happier with our experience!

Bought a hot tub here. They are pleasant and professional, both when we purchased and when we picked it up since we live way outside their delivery and set up area. I would recommend them without hesitation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They give you NO information even if you request it. We insisted the come look at our yard and tell us where we could place our pool. Then the DAY OF INSTALLATION they said they could not put it where they assured us they could. And that if we did not want the pool we would have to pay MORE to have taken back to the store. They destroyed the layout of our yard. I URGE you to find anywhere else in the Lexington area to work with for your pool needs. HORRIBLE experience.

I bought a 24 ft Conquest pool and installed it myself. I followed the directions and read alot of info from the internet. Aurora pools and spas is a great place, the salesman was nice, polite and answered all my questions. They helped load up my trailer as well. I live about 1.5 hours away and they had the best deal around the region. I'm happy with my pool although the liner install was missing instructions and the sand filter was quite a pain to lock together. Have a professional do your job, it is definitely alot of prep work and patience. Thanks Aurora Pools, I had a great experience.
