The crew was great they showed up and diagnosed the problem with our pellet stove got those problems repaired cleaned it completely including the chimney. Very professional and polite. These people know their business and respected our property. They also carry the cleanest burning pellets I've found.

Gentleman was on time (actually a little early) and had all his equipment ready to go. Protected the fireplace mantle, placed a drop cloth to protect the rug and did a thorough job of cleaning the chimney and the firebox. He answered our questions and explained how the fireplace worked. I be glad to have him back again!!!

I would have given 5 stars if it didnt take so long to get an appointment for gas fireplace service. You will currently wait a month, but the actual service and the technician that works on your unit is excellent.

Quality of gas stove was great and as advertised. Installation was professional and took care of everything. Communication during time between purchase and install could have been better. Would recommend they update customer routinely instead of customer having to reach out and ask for a status. Overall very satisfied with new gas stove for our basement.
