Mano was fantastic. So knowledgeable about the heating system and did a thorough inspection of the air conditioning units. He also found an electrical problem which he videoed and showed me. The main issue I had him out for is fixed. The other issues he had already contacted his office to work up estimates for me. Very satisfied.

We recently had a home inspection done on our 72 year old home in Redwood City and learned we had an enormous issue with crushed heating ducts underneath the house as well as in the attic. We entertained bids from 3 different HVAC companies and were impressed with Dominic from Degree from the onset. He was prompt, friendly and professional and the estimate was thorough and within our budget. The crew was here for several days and we could not have been happier with the service we received. I was able to get a "standby" appointment for the day after I called.
Mano, the technician arrived early and had mask, gloves, and booties for his shoes. He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything. I do not do well in heat, so having it taken care of so soon after breaking down, was wonderful!
