Poor quality house. I bought a newly constructed home just more than a year ago. We already have water leaking from the sink and the side of the house. There're also holes on the outside near the ground. We called them, but they never come.

I can not recommend Ernesto enough. A year ago I just walked into a model home without any expectations and now I am moving into my new home. He helped me trough thick and thin and unusual issues we had to overcome to finally close. Ernesto was the one that kept me positive and sane. He always made himself available; I have a changing a demanding schedule and he always replied to my texts or answered my calls. The home I bought from Desert View Homes in Las Cruces, NM. Getting them to correct the building mistakes is terrible. I have an air conditioner that is undersized for my square footage. What a nightmare.

Terrible customer service you bughouse Anna they say 20 yr warranty covers everything.i called see real.rimed no response bthen I called and they say sorry nothing covered. Terrible company. Sad they don't care just sell and get money and screw people who buy their houses

This was a great experience. Gabby, the Builder's rep that I am working with, helped guide me through the process of building a new home. She was tireless as she showed me model homes in my price range and with my floor plan requests. I picked the perfect building lot and have picked a great home. My new construction home with my option upgrades is coming in cheaper than older resale homes that I looked at. This is a win win for me- I get a structure 10 year guarantee. I go in a few weeks to pick my colors/cabinetry/flooring and other details. I am so excited. The home should be completed
