*Adam Bell is true professional, no pressure, no sales speech, listened and guided me as I made my hearing aid choices basing on what I can afford. First let me say that Janet was a huge help in securing an appointment same day as she knew i had taken the day off work. She was very helpful in working with me to see if my insurance covered my hearing aid as well.
Adam took care of me and basically upgraded my broken hearing aid that was over 10 years old. this new hearing aid is incredible working with my smart phone. It had an immediate impact with me being able to hear in a restaurant right away and watching TV now I have the volume lower than I ever had in the last 10 years.
So their product is exceptional but i am sure there are other

I went for a hearing test this past week. I have mild hearing loss. I took my deceased Mom's hearing aids, which I bought at Audibel in 2019. My Mom hardly used them. Adam cleaned them, made some adjustments, and suggested that I wear them. He was great, most willing to help, and no pressure to buy new hearing aids. Appreciated his kindness to my Mom in 2019, and again to me now. Treated me like an old friend.

Great experience from start to finish with Audible Hearing. Janet scheduled my appointment promptly, great follow up with the insurance company and flexible with re-scheduling. Adam Dell is awesome! Very personable, makes you comfortable discussing your hearing loss and patient in answering all your questions. The hearing device itself is amazing - newest technology and can be adjusted on your cell phone without anyone knowing what you're doing. Highly recommended!

I took my father to Audibel Hearing Center in desperate need for help. My father is completly deaf with one ear, and only 20% of hearing with the other one. I was very impressed with the great service my father received. Adam took his time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. He never rushed us thru the process of choosing a hearing aid and didn't try to sell us something that my father doesn't need.

Took my elderly mother to Audibel for a new hearing aid. Adam was very professional and assisted us with all our needs/concerns. He was very nice and attentive and made my mother feel comfortable with selecting an aid as well in making the molds. Janet was also very kind and was able to get us on the schedule rather quickly. Service was excellent! Overall great experience and would highly recommend Adam at Audibel- very friendly and efficient. Thank u thank u!
