Our team follows precise application methods while maintaining attic ventilation standards. Each installation includes comprehensive inspections to ensure proper flashing, waterproofing, and structural integrity for long-lasting protection.
Roof Repairs
Emergency and scheduled roof repair services addressing leaks, storm damage, and wear issues. We perform detailed assessments to identify root causes before implementing permanent solutions using manufacturer-approved techniques. All repairs consider attic ventilation and insulation requirements for comprehensive protection.
Ventilation Systems
Installation and maintenance of complete roof ventilation systems that regulate attic temperatures and moisture levels. Our solutions prevent heat buildup in summer and condensation in winter through ridge vents, soffit intake systems, and powered ventilation options tailored to each home's architecture.
Insulation Installation

We install and upgrade attic insulation to recommended R-values, focusing on thermal performance and moisture control. Proper insulation works with ventilation systems to extend roof lifespan and reduce energy costs.

Very professional on every level. Excellent work on the roof & it looks great. The job went just as described in the bid proposal. Clean up & crew was excellent. Hand nailed all the way with an outstanding long term warranty on the work. This seems to be a company & owner who stands behind their work. No hesitation to recommend them. We had a "cheaper" roof done 10 years ago, it only leaked 5 times.....no response from previous roofing company/owner re any "alleged warranty" or repairs.
Again, you get what you pay for. Black Diamond was excellent !!!!

The owner is very helpful and easy to work with and explained thoroughly the options for types of underlayment and shingles. The crew finished the tear-off and re-roof in just over a day for our small house. They did a thorough cleanup. This company was recommended by a neighbor who had the same positive result.
