Store owner is extremely unprofessional, waited until a smaller parking lot put signs up for nights of lights parking, and than had his kids trample the signs and stand in front of them to advertise his parking lot. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

I would really like to see staff who is knowledgeable about everything from gardening to plumbing. the last three times i visited, staff was congregated in center of the store just chatting. when i asked about pots in the garden section, i was met with indignation as if i had not looked for it myself first.
its truly a matter of staff becoming truly customer oriented.
ill go to any other Ace for a while

If you need paint help, go see Landon. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the products, but also helped me choose a color that would match the cabinets and flooring in my kitchen. When I say color, I mean the perfect tone, to bring out the yellow in my pine cabinets, not just a basis color. Also helped us choose a more expensive paint that in the end saved us money because we didn't have to buy a primer. Very helpful over all and I never felt like just a sale.

I'm very happy to live so close to an Ace Hardware- why? Because of a more personalized customer service! John had picked up fireplace tools and a log holder- but we returned the holder because it did not look like the picture on the box- no worries, the return was super easy! Meanwhile I wandered the store and of course, landed out in the garden center! They had brand new hibiscus plants they were putting out with gorgeous colors! I snagged one, and continued to browse with the pot on my hip. They have these stunning wind art for your yard that I really really want! The price tag had me shy
