I had a flood on the first floor of my condo unit and within the hour the C & B Mitigation team showed up, carefully removing the baseboard and lifting up the soaked rugs too start the heat fans going to dry out the house. They carefully removed ALL my wineglasses out of my cabinet and placed them on my dining table because they had to move the corner cabinet. They instructed me on how to turn the fans on and off for a brief period in case the loud noise of them drove me crazy. I had a train reservation within the next few days so I had to leave. We unfortunately had a fire that caused extensive damage to our home, but fortunately we were directed toward C&B to help us through the process. Chris was fantastic from the start, Matt handled the clean up and was professional and responsive and attentive to the panic of a couple who had experienced this loss, and Maggie was amazing in helping us through the rebuild.
