BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They lie lie lie! All of them! Have been waiting for a refund for a month in half for the parts they sent that were incorrect! they give me the non stop run around finally had enough and called my bank today to dispute the transaction! I will be contacting Viking gate systems as well since they referred them to me!!!

I ordered some gate track from them, Prompt is an understatement, I received the track in three business days over thanksgiving, and I live in new England. If you know what you need and need it fast this is the place to get it.

Sent me v-track kit with wheels that don't fit the boxes in their kit. They don't answer emails. One of the boxes is used and bent.

Terrible customer service. The automatic gate I ordered had a faulty arm. I let them know through several emails with photos of the broken arm and 10 calls over a couple months. Finally they told me to find the serial number. There wasn't one where they said to look on the arm. When I called Nice Apollo to ask where it was they said serial numbers weren't necessary for returns - so why did LA Ornamental put me through that? Then LA Ornery asked for my address. Obviously, they hadn't worked on my case for 2 months. After more calls, I finally got the ok to return it to them

Used the "Buy It Again" function to buy a remote from them, as I wanted the exact same one as I had purchased twice previously. Got something totally different. I contacted them through Amazon, I received an email with an excuse about the wrong item, and a phone number to call. Phone number has a COVID message telling me to email another email address. I did so with pictures and gave them multiple methods to contact me. Never heard from them again.

I ordered a gate opener mother board through them that was defective. After I returned the defective board, they promptly sent me another board. I was very happy with the service and the price was $100 lower than anyone else. I would not hesitate to use them again.
