Working hand in hand with architect Hannah Robertson, this full house renovation and addition completely reimagined the classic colonial that stood on the property since the early 1950's. A passion for design and old-world charm, coupled with the finest craftsmen in Fairfield County, breathed new life into the home, transforming it with a modern approach.
Southport Waterfront

We had the pleasure of renovating this elegant Colonial with views of Southport Harbor on two occasions, for two different owners. Now it is completely renovated from top to bottom and we want to thank our clients, the architectural firm of J.P. Franzen Associates, and Jennifer Gresinger Design for helping to make this project a great success.
Greenfield Hill Estate

We felt a certain responsibility when placing this home into its historic, 10-acre setting in Greenfield Hill. The estate includes formal walled gardens originally designed by Agnes Selkirk Clark (wife of renowned architect Cameron Clark), and three of the state's largest specimen trees. The end result was a built-from-scratch Colonial which looks as if it has been there from the beginning.

From the Equine animal hospital in Newtown to the Fairfield hunt club horse barn and many party barns in between, we've been building barns and out buildings in all sizes, shapes, and for all purposes over the last four decades. We have enjoyed watching them age gracefully over the course of time here in New England.
