It was a pleasure working with Frank to remodel our lakehouse after a water leak led to extensive damage. Frank and his subs were very professional and responsive, and Frank was able to work with our insurance company to get a fair price for repairs. We will definitely be using Central Pacific Construction for any future remodels!

On behalf of State Farm Insurance company, a representative from a survey company visited my home to obtain additional underwriting information. They wanted positive measures to be taken to reduce their risk for loss regarding my foundation. I spoke with my State Farm Agent and she recommended Central Pacific Construction. I contacted the owner Frank Cueva and he and his company were wonderful to work with. Even though it was an incredibly busy time for the construction industry, they didnt charge to come all the way to Creston just to make an assessment of what would probably be for them
