In 1919, Manafort Brothers Incorporated began its journey to become the construction and demolition services leader it is today. Founded by James Manafort as the New Britain House Wrecking Company, we were known primarily for demolition in those early days. As the decades passed, the company established a superior reputation and great success in the industry.

Manafort Precision is a subsidiary of Manafort Brothers Incorporated. Located in Worcester, MA. and established in 2012, Manafort Precision focuses on providing concrete construction contracting services to clients throughout Massachusetts and Northern New England.

Our foundation is the community around us. We are reminded that as we have been afforded opportunity over the many years in business that we also have a duty to contribute and stay connected to the community that has supported us. As we have grown, we haven't lost sight of the community that has supported us for the past 100 years.

Our specialized expertise and creative approach to even the most challenging projects has led to further expansion into nuclear decommissioning. Manafort has been contracted in the effort to decommission 3 of the 13 reactors in the United States currently in this final nuclear lifecycle phase.

At Manafort, our experienced and skilled workforce combined with our fleet of specialty equipment allows us to perform a wide range of concrete projects varying in complexity and size.

Past projects include building foundations and slabs for commercial, institutional, hospitality, and residential projects, structural concrete for both mid and high rise projects, high-tolerance foundations and structural concrete for industrial facility projects including power plants, transportation related work including bridges, train stations, parking garages, retaining walls, and other mass transit oriented projects, as well as architectural concrete for museum, higher education institution, commercial, and residential projects.

At Manafort, we perform civil and utility projects that vary greatly in size and complexity. From large civil projects to intricate utility installations, we take pride that the combined force of our resident technical skill, specialized equipment, and trusted partnerships with major clients, subcontractors and suppliers have resulted in a long list of highly successful projects.

Manafort's performance of large, complex projects combined with in-house engineering and safety planning experience have supported successful completion of numerous mass transit projects using both Design Bid Build and Design Build Project delivery systems.
