Custom Spa Covers
Our custom spa covers are handcrafted using premium-grade, UV-protected vinyl and reinforced foam cores to ensure durability and heat retention. Each cover is tailored to your spa's exact dimensions through on-site measuring, providing a perfect fit that prevents debris entry and enhances security with optional child-safety straps. Our covers resist shrinkage, fading, and chlorine damage, offering long-term protection backed by a three-year warranty.
Spa Cover Lifts
Spa cover lifts simplify spa use with ergonomically designed, powder-coated systems that resist rust, rot, and peeling. We offer models like EZ Lift and Cover Mate, installed for optimal clearance and functionality. These lifts accommodate covers up to 96 inches wide, requiring minimal maintenance while extending the lifespan of your spa cover and reducing physical strain during use.
On-Site Measuring
Our on-site measuring service ensures precise spa cover design by accounting for corner configurations, flap lengths, and safety tie-down locations. Technicians visit your property to create detailed blueprints and provide 16 vinyl color swatches for accurate visualization. This process guarantees a seamless fit and functional performance tailored to your spa's unique requirements.
Vinyl Color Selection
We offer 16 premium vinyl color options, including Wildwood, Charcoal, and Navy Blue, to complement your outdoor decor. Our on-site consultation allows you to physically match colors to your surroundings for a cohesive aesthetic. The UV-protected vinyl maintains vibrancy for years, resisting fading and discoloration from sun exposure.
Installation Services
We provide expert installation of spa covers and lifts, ensuring optimal functionality and security. Our technicians handle delivery, old cover disposal, and mounting of safety features like locking straps. This service guarantees a flawless setup, minimizing gaps or misalignment, and includes guidance on proper maintenance and care.

Report
I found Jim from Spa Cover Pros under Spa Tech on Yelp for Spa repair. He came out and did an excellent job on plumbing leak and pump that went bad. Reasonable price and excellent repair work. My cover was in poor shape so I had him measure for a new cover and ordered it from him. Jim delivered new cover shortly after and it fits and looks great. Quality is much better than cover that came with the Spa. Bottom line on the Spa cover I was hesitant to order a spa cover online and getting stuck with a custom order you can't return. Having Jim measure and explain the different options on covers

I did a lot of research and decided to go w/ Jim @ Spa Cover Pros to replace my worn out spa cover. The new cover looks great, is far easier to lift and made the spa look like new! Jim was super professional, did quality work and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. Covers have a nice warranty and he even supplied a small amount of protectant to prolong the life. He spent a good amount of time telling me how to care for the material to get the maximum longevity. Strongly recommend these guys!
